Residents' communities have two years to improve accessibility to the building.

According to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, December 4, 2017 is the deadline for communities of owners who require it to carry out the necessary works or actions to guarantee full accessibility to the common areas of the property. The regulations require improving access and eliminating architectural barriers in all common areas, which is why the building is designed to be accessible to all users.
