The beginning of 2020 is marked in real estate matters by the proposal of the Generalitat in relation to the rehabilitation of buildings. A total of 100 million euros will be granted in loans through the Institut Català de Finances, which will grant a minimum credit of 30,000 euros per community of owners. As regards housing, they can receive a maximum of 30,000 euros.
