Last Thursday, June 16, the celebration took place Company Night and the Awards Gala FEGP 2022 in the cellar Juve&Camps in St. Sadurni of Anoia, where almost 400 businessmen and women from the area gathered, among whom there were also important political and business authorities of the country: the Honorable Minister of Business and Employment of the government of the Generalitat of Catalonia , Roger Torrent and the President of Foment of the Work, Josep Sanchez Book, among others.
The event was hosted by comedian Guillem Estadella, who made the guests laugh all night long.
Awards FEGP 2022
Due to our vocation for service, which all our business lines require, we have the non-negotiable need to keep our team in continuous training, both in current legislation, knowledge of our CRM, and in IT tools to manage the large volume of data we process.
For this reason, last year 2021 we made a commitment to train the entire company through organized courses. Without the willingness and motivation of our team to renew themselves and improve their knowledge, the implementation of these courses would not have been possible.
A total of 12 different courses were held, which allowed 32 people (82% in total) to improve their knowledge of Excel, personal and professional organization, acquiring an innovative vision, how to improve their personal attitude, working with colleagues, or how to improve their business skills, among other topics.
One of our values is to believe that increasing the team's knowledge is what really makes the company grow, and thanks to this attitude towards training this year the Prize FEGP 2022 to the Formation has been for us: Serra.
