The new offices, spacious and adapted for people with reduced mobility, are equipped with the latest technology to offer fast and personalized attention. Two meeting rooms have been created to host the owners' meetings in a comfortable way and adapted to the number of attendees.
The opening of the new office has also brought about a change in customer service hours. In order to offer a better service, closer to the customer, we want to start this new stage, extending customer service hours to 9 hours a day, opening uninterruptedly from 9 in the morning until 6 in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday.
This measure has two specific objectives, beyond the improvement that it represents in itself: on the one hand, to expand and facilitate -even more- access and communication with our clients; and on the other, to progressively adapt work schedules to European standards, to enable the reconciliation of work, personal and family life for our professionals and collaborators.
